We Love the 80s Band are an ELECTRIFYING TRIBUTE TO THE 80S!
We Love The 80s has now been running for over ten years. The show features Mel (singer, dancer and keyboards), Tony (lead guitar, violin and vocals, having previously worked with Imagination and Odyssey) and Rich (keyboards, guitar and vocals).
The group’s usual format consists of two sets lasting between forty-five minutes to an hour each, with an encore. The repertoire showcases the very best of the Eighties across all popular genres, performed with authentic 80’s musicianship and sound, complete with the era’s iconic costumes and outfits. The show is non-stop, fully choreographed, and includes a high level of audience participation.
We Love The 80s has performed extensively across the UK and, in recent years, internationally, with their first overseas performances taking place in Thailand. Their client list includes Park Holidays, Warners and Pontins, and they were proud recipients of the Best Tribute Act award at The National Entertainment Awards.
We Love The 80s Band really know how to rock a party with a vast selection of songs across genres including Rock, Pop, New Wave, Ska, Disco, Reggae and Electronic!!
