Once established with us, the acts we represent will be provided with a tailor-made profile and will be featured on our website in the following way.

Tribute acts and bands will be listed with the name of the artiste or band they are impersonating or paying tribute to e.g. Adele tribute act.

Vocalists will be listed on the website using their FIRST name, if there are already performers listed with your FIRST name, your act’s SURNAME initial will also be used.

This profile will be forwarded alongside all quotes and enquiries regarding your act. It is therefore in your best interests to include as much relevant information as possible with your submission: for example, live video footage, live and studio images and testimonials etc.

Quinn Artistes will require a unique (to QA) name for your act or band, to be included in your application.

We have put this in place to cover the costs of our continued investment in Search Engine Optimisation and the most current Web Design ensuring a quality service to both our clients and to the artistes featured on our site.

We do not require any payment or exclusivity rights (other than with the acts whom we have agreed sole representation with) and will act purely as a promotional and a mediation service to ensure all administrative and contractual obligations are met from both client and performer(s).

Please be assured that your personal contact information will be retained within the backend of the website and will not be accessed by anyone other than the QA admin team as and when an enquiry is made regarding for your act.

Please note that it is your legal obligation to keep us updated of any changes to this information. Our currently represented acts can also send us new promotional material with the criteria listed as below.

Before you start please prepare your photos for uploading – Your main profile image should be a standard landscape image, ideally 600 x 400 and no more than 150kb and no less than 50 kb although portrait and other sized imaged are acceptable for secondary images.
