Brilliant tribute to David Bowie
Exceptional David Bowie tribute act, this is a fantastic tribute to the awesome David Bowie. This highly entertaining one-man show has performed all over the UK and Ireland and even in the prestigious newly refurbished Savoy Hotel in London to top celebrities and fashion artists.
This outstanding impersonator was also featured in an episode of 'Don't tell the Bride' which has been regularly repeated on the Freesat Channels. This fabulous show features all the hits from two great decades.
The show covers all of Bowie's classic hits from the 70's and 80's and includes a completely live acoustic version of the classic Space Oddity. The costume is taken from more recent times and is usually a black waist-coat with pocket watch chain.
• This is a fully self-contained show. • The sound system is versatile and compact yet powerful enough to suit most small to medium-sized venues. •Some minimalistic stage lighting is used to enhance the performance. •The show format is available as 2 x 35min sets or 1 x 60min set.
Hi, Just a quick note to say thank you so much for your performance on Saturday at Beckenham. It was a real pleasure to work with you & your sound guy (sorry forgot his name). I have had loads of positive feedback from the event. If anybody asks me about a David Bowie tribute you will be very much recommended. I look forward to working with you again soon. Dear Nick, Sorry for the delayed reaction……… just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the DJ team for providing the entertainment at my event for Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity. The feedback I’ve had from people who bought tickets was all great, I certainly enjoyed myself more than at most events – you were great at keeping the evening on track and me organized!! We raised £700 for the Charity, a fab sum. Peter Kirk, Birthday Party Event,
Booking this David Bowie Tribute was easy and very efficient. Absolutely brilliant is the only way to describe him for our son's welcome home party. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is a Bowie fan - not forgetting his sound engineer who was a really nice man and made sure everything went smoothly. I am thrilled with the show that Nick put on for my Labyrinth birthday party - there were 2 parties taking place in the venue on the night, and bar staff were specifically requesting to work at mine so that they could see the show! The guests all commented on what a good show Nick put on, they loved that he had a few different costumes and that he covered so many different eras of Bowie's music. They also loved how enthusiastic he was and how he kept character during the performance. Personally, I thought he did a great job - he sounded brilliant, particularly during the second set on numbers like Modern Love; and he really did put on a great show to get the crowd going. A few numbers in and they were all really caught up in the atmosphere Nick created - you couldn't have dragged them off the dance floor if you'd tried, they were having a fantastic time! I was especially pleased that he was able to do a couple of songs from the film, as none of the other Bowie tributes I'd researched offered that as an option. As the World Falls, Down was stunning, and the guests were especially excitable during Underground and the mix track of Magic Dance. I'd also like to mention Nick's sound engineer, who was an absolute sweetheart, a lovely man, very helpful and very easy to work with. Thanks, both of you for helping to make my 30th a big success! 30th Birthday party
