Beguiling Becky is an international female vocalist. She has been performing for more than 20 years worldwide, in a variety of different capacities and venues.
She started her career in Japan singing and dancing in a show, that also included other acts such as belly dancers, fire eaters, entertainers and magicians. Becky went on to tour with this hugely successful show in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok. She was soon singing both lead and backing vocals with a three piece band called Kashmir, performing a variety of songs across many musical genres and working extensively on Mediterranean and Caribbean cruise ships. Becky also toured across Germany singing for the British Armed Forces.
While working in Greece, Becky successfully secured a performing contract to sing in a host of New York City Hotels in a Vegas style Cabaret Show. On her return to the UK, Becky's uniquely striking voice saw her enter the club circuit as a self contained vocalist. Her stunning talent was recognised when she was awarded "Artist of the Year 2014" as voted for by Coventry and Warwickshire Entertainments Council. Becky cites her musical influences as Annie Lennox, Elkie Brookes, Pat Benatar and Randy Crawford.
With her powerhouse vocals and floor filling song choices, spanning decades, Becky takes you on a stunning musical journey from the 60's,70's and 80's through Motown and to modern day classics.
Last today was Becky. This was the first time I had seen this young lady and I and the audience were impressed! She has a good voice and stage presence to match. I am sure we will be seeing a lot more of Becky. Brian Probert Cradley Labour Club-Wilson Hall
