ANDY – BRILLIANT SAXOPHONIST – based in Yorkshire

Sax player Andy is a Saxophonist/Flautist with over 40 years experience, 30 of those professionally. He has worked with top artists such as George Benson and Carl Perkins and his extensive experience includes working many summer seasons, 4 years on cruise ships and a residency in Dubai for a year.

He still works with different musical ensembles, including his own Jazz Quartet. Sax player Andy has, over the last three years embarked on a solo career. He recreates on soprano, alto, tenor saxophones and flute, the melodies of Eva Cassidy, Cyndi Lauper, Tony Bennett, Kenny G and many other top artists.

An ideal musician for weddings, corporate events, private functions and high-end restaurants and wine bars. Andy is no stranger to charity events, having played at the Chalgrovae Festival in 2012 (Help the Heroes), An Evening for Ben in 2013 (Ben Needham) and later in 2014, he is due to play at a fundraising ball for St Luke’s Hospice in his native Sheffield. Available fully self-contained with pa system and tracks or with the live band.
