SAMMI V OUTSTANDING FEMALE VOCALIST – based in Bedfordshire
Female vocalist Sammi V began her musical journey at the age of 11 when she joined the National Youth Training Choir and performed in all corners of the UK.
At 18, she studied vocals on a One Year Popular Music Diploma Course at Vocal Tech Vocal School, London. After a short contract working at Euro Disney, female vocalist Sammi went on to study musical theatre and dance at Stella Mann College. In 2005, she quit college to go touring around Europe with band ‘The Tarantinos’, singing in interesting places and growing as a performer.
Sammi’s credits include performing as a soloist at The O2 Arena in July 2010 in ‘Voices for a Better World’ and at The Royal Albert and Queen Elizabeth Hall ( Music for Youth ), with previous band ‘Highstyle’ singing her own material.
Sammi has had the privilege of travelling all over Europe, working and performing, most recently working for Brittany Ferries as vocalist with ‘Back 2 Back Duo’. Gigging on a regular basis, Sammi currently manages her own Piano/Vocal duo Brisque playing at weddings in the South East and at French Brasserie Toulouse Lautrec.
Female vocalist Sammi also gigs as lead female vocalist with tribute band ’Black Eyed Teaz’, UK’s number 1 tribute act to the Black Eyed Peas and as a tribute act to Jennifer Lopez with ‘ The J to-the L.O’ Show. As a session vocalist, Sammi has worked for Soundlogic Audio, Starshine Children’s Music, for The Institute of Education and for many international DJ’s and independent songwriters.
As a songwriter, Sammi co writes with many international DJ’s and composers most recently Fabio Carnelli.
