REBECCA C – A BRILLIANT VOCALIST – Northamptonshire based
Female vocalist Rebecca C studied musical theatre at Performer’s College, she most recently appeared as Norma Jean in Norma Jean The Musical, her performance received great reviews. In the past Rebecca has enjoyed Christmas seasons in Southend with, ‘The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus’ 2010, and played ‘Cinderella’ in Peterborough, in 2011. She has worked a summer at a beautiful Warners Hotel, whilst there she undertook a variety of roles including ‘Miriam’ in ‘Outside Edge’, ‘Jane Seymour’ in ‘When Harry Met Jane’ amongst others.
She also had the privilege of opening for Lesley Garrett as a soloist. After performing a few cabarets in London (including The Pheasantry), Rebecca decided she wanted to try the cruise ships, for over a year Rebecca worked as a singer/dancer upon ‘The Balmoral’, doing a variety of production shows, group and solo cabarets all whilst travelling the world, stopping off in some amazing destinations. In the beginning of 2014 Rebecca played ‘Dr Denise’ in Stanley Silverman’s ‘Dr Selavy’s Magic Theatre’ at The New Wimbedon. From that she went on to perform in ‘An Evening with Stanley Silverman’, at The Hippodrome, a collection of his greatest works.
Since then Rebecca has been working for Viva Productions, in 2014 she has played ‘Deloris’ in ‘Blues Brothers’, she has also been Lead Vocalist in ‘Freddie’ a rock concert celebrating the music of Queen and Freddie Mercury, and finally ‘The Magic of Christmas’.
