AMAZING VOCALS FROM THIS WONDERFUL ADELE TRIBUTE ACT MADDIE!
Adele tribute act Maddie started her vocal training at the age of 10. Singing light classical music, show tunes, jazz; which provided an excellent foundation for her future career. Through high school she built upon this training, performing in dramatic and operatic productions. She performed the vocally challenging roles of Hansel in Humperdick’s operetta Hansel & Gretel and Yum-Yum in The Mikado.
In 2004 she took part in the The Show Providers’ 60s/70s production show – Red Hot Chartbusters. The show was into Red Hot Flashback, a fully fledged:
… Rock, Pop & Soul Show where the excellent Maddie [can be heard] belting out Kate Bush’s brilliant Wuthering Heights. – Derek Smith, The Stage.
Maddie’s love of musical theatre inspired and allowed her to perform in productions such as; Buddy, Sweeney Todd, BatBoy, plus many more. Maddie created the role of Lulu La Belle in “Let’s Do It… Let’s Fall In Love”, a through-sung Cole Porter revue, written by fellow Floyd Effect member Garry Tyrrell.
Adele tribute act Maddie recorded her first original song called “I Won’t Take It Anymore” in 2008. November 2009 was a significant year for Maddie as she won first prize in the Actz Factor talent competition.
Maddie took a role in the UK premiere tour of The Bugle Boy: The Life Story of Glenn Miller in 2011, which culminated in a sell-out performance at The Garrick Theatre, London. In 2012 Maddie returned to Bugle Boy for an extensive UK theatre tour and reprised her role of Fairy Bow Bells. She provided backing vocals for Jon Lee’s (S Club 7) first solo album “Fallen Angel”. Maddie joined the cast of CBeebies Live! in 2014 and The Big Band, which toured the UK’s arenas and played Sister Mary Irene in Sister Act at Kilworth House Hotel for their summer season.
In 2015, she launched her first multi-tribute show. Adele became on of her more popular tribute shows and continues to go from strength to strength.
